Aleida has a background in Medical Billing, Customer Service & Human Relations. She loves working as an Executive Assistant because she can be in control of her time. In her personal life, she loves teaching and helping others.

Grant Writer, Bookkeeper, Business Consultant, Writer, and Speaker. Andy has contributed to the restructuring and realignment of strategic planning, operations, finance, marketing, and administration of various businesses. He has a passion for coffee and horticulture.

Bianca loves what she does – helping people get services that can significantly improve their lives. She has worked as a Production Secretary, Compositor, and Digital Publisher. Her passion is helping others. Much of her time outside of work is dedicated to voluntary and educational service that fills her life with satisfaction.

Cindy has worked in finance as a Collateral Analyst and Payroll Specialist and has also worked as a Legal Secretary.  When she is not working behind-the-office-scenes, Cindy dedicates herself to volunteer work and enjoys spending time with her husband and Pomeranian.

Chandler is an all around nerd who loves everything technology, code, video games and movies. While typically, his skill set involves building and maintaining websites, he can be found fixing a variety of IT problems from emails not sending and Netflix not working to “how do I get the microwave to work?” He is also a big believer in “you’re never to old for Lego or video games”.

Christy values the flexibility that comes from working with OAP, which not only nurtures her professional growth but also fuels her personal journey. This allows her to continue in sharing life’s adventures with her husband and two adorable fur babies. When she’s not busy working at her desk, you’ll find her soaking up the fresh air and exploring new places outdoors. But what truly lights up Christy’s world is volunteering in her community. It’s where she feels true happiness and makes a meaningful impact!

Whether it’s at work or in his personal life, Daniel is interested in law and justice!

Erick has a strong background in Sales, and has a passion for  HR activities, such as recruiting and hiring new talent.  He loves technology and his curiosity is always triggered by the unknown. His favorite hobby is watching movies with his wife and eating popcorn with his dog.

Essaú loves working with different technologies, interacting with his teammates, and accomplishing tasks together. When he’s not working, Essaú loves to sing and play Rock and Roll on his guitar!

Jerry is a dedicated professional with a knack for turning challenges into solutions. With a strong background in customer service and supply chain management, Jerry thrives in fast-paced environments and loves taking on new projects. Known for building great relationships and always going the extra mile, Jerry is all about growth, both for himself and those he works with. Outside of work, Jerry works to help his community and loves giving a helping hand whenever he can. OAP allows him to continue this passion while supporting his loving family. Fueled by coffee, curiosity, and his amazing family, Jerry is always ready for the next adventure.

Jessica finds so much joy in helping her clients so they can focus their time and energy on what matters most to them like their family & the fun part of their business. Jessica loves spending time with her dear husband, traveling, finding yummy places to eat, taking long walks on the beach, playing tennis and ping pong, salsa dancing, and helping her community by participating regularly in volunteer service.

Keanu loves working at OAP because of the flexibility it gives him, his amazing coworkers, and the challenge of learning new things. In his years working at the company he has learned what it’s like to provide executive assistance in a variety of business fields, how to adapt to new technologies, and how to take on new roles. In his leisure time, Keanu likes to listen to music, walk, and to take pictures of nature.

Kinereth has built a diverse career, starting in fast-paced environments like the food industry and retail, then transitioning to the medical field, and more recently, moving into the world of IT. This wide range of experiences has honed her ability to adapt and problem-solve in different settings. She is passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge in every area of life. Outside of work, she’s an avid gamer, enjoys arts and crafts, and loves diving into K-Dramas for a mix of entertainment and cultural exploration.

Laura enjoys working with friendly faces and the satisfaction that comes from problem solving. Every cent counts! In her spare time, there’s nothing quite like a nice hiking trail and dedicating time to help others!

Louigi is a creative and innovative thinker with effective Human Resources goal setting abilities combined with communication, interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, professional with experience in delivering high quality results. Louigi loves cooking for family and friends and his wife will consider him a foody. Also enjoys learning new technology that will make life easier.

Between her enthusiastic phone calls to clients, Lucy enjoys rambling about First Amendment case law, volunteering in her community, and nagging her friends into watching black-and-white movies.

Melanie has been a Graphic designer since 2009. When she is able to help the client’s idea come to life by means of graphic design, it makes her happy because they are happy. Melanie loves spending her time volunteering to help those who speak a foreign language and also enjoys art, photography, the outdoors, traveling, baking and watching baking competition shows.

Sergio is focused on client care and property management. He loves to help people in any way and follows the principle that one is always happier giving than receiving.

A bookkeeper with 15+ years of experience, Shawna loves helping people and has a passion for organization. OAP is an amazing place to bring all that together and work with great people. Shawna enjoys volunteering and spending time with her husband and loved ones!

Timmina specializes in creating content and executing social media strategies. When she isn’t dreaming up innovative, high quality marketing campaigns, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
