Over a decade ago, I started my entrepreneurial journey the way many business owners do, wearing every hat, solving every problem, and doing whatever it took to keep the business growing. And for a while, that hustle worked. But eventually, I hit a ceiling.

What got the business to that point was no longer enough to scale it further. I realized I had become the bottleneck. Every decision, every fire, every question somehow made its way back to me. Growth started feeling heavier instead of easier.

That experience completely changed the way I viewed business growth. I quickly learned that sustainable growth doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from simplifying, systemizing, and building the right structure around the business.

Most importantly, I learned that founder-led businesses only scale when the founder learns to delegate effectively, focusing on their unique ability while empowering the team around them to take ownership. Once I understood that, everything shifted. That realization is what led me to build OAP Experts.

Today, my team and I partner with growth-minded business owners who are ready to scale with more clarity, structure, and hands-on execution.
